Can anyone give me a link where i can download free maintenance manuals for my 1991 Maxum SC2100 ~ 4.3 V6 Alpha One Mercruiser engine w/ stern drive. I would greatly appreciate it.
Mercruiser Engine and outdrive manuals can be purchased from Mercruiser. As a result of copywrite laws it will be very difficult to find the entire manual available free online. The owners manual for a boat is not like a lawnmower or snowblower and won't include basic maintenance like oil changes, spark plugs and gaps, etc. It's the Service Manual for the engine and the outdrive that you are really looking for.
Oh I should add, if you are looking for the boat owner's manual (not the engine), do what I did. Email Brunswick and ask them for a copy of the owners manual for your boat. Give them your HID number, model and year. They replied to me within two days and sent me a .pdf of the original owners manual!
If you do receive it, be nice and send it to the admin here to help out someone else that may want a copy of the same manual.
