Default lower unit on 3200 scr HELP

both of my lower units quit , neither will trim up or down and even trying trailering doersnt make them move. Ive checked inline fuse on each motor both are good, ther are no fuses blown anywhere. They will work if you jump them manually though. Any ideas wheree to start looking for where source of problem is?

I'd check the relay's at the pump.......the other place is the switch on the throttles.......they get corroded and will stop moving the drives up and down...so...taking the throttles apart and shooting it with WD 40..then working them will restore function...usually...

I agree with Seapuppy. If it was a bad limit switch the trailer switch would override and still allow the drives to come up. Since that isn't working it narrows it down to either the pump relay or the throttle switches.
