Looking for used mooring cover for Maxum 2300 SC

I am looking for a used mooring cover for my Maxum 2300 SC. Does anyone know if there are sites or stores that sell used covers? I had my local canvas guy provide a custom quote at $800. I'd rather not pay that much for a cover if I can buy a used cover. I found rnr-marine.com whom appears to have the original OEM cover patterns but I haven't received a price from my email inquiry yet.

Any feedback or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

It's a boat, they are not cheap. Get the new one from the canvas shop. It will last forever.

Mooring covers are snapped around the outside of the cockpit. Generic covers will cover the entire boat below the rub rail. These would be more for storing in a yard and in some cases towing.

You won't find many used covers. They are expensive. People use them until they are unusable.

You not find a true mooring cover in a retail store. Retail stores wouldn't stock them because they fit a specific make, model and year of boat. The inventory would be massive and they'd have to hold them for a long time waiting for a guy in a 1997 Rinker 252 (or whatever) to walk through the door.

Your best bet is to have one made. It will last many, many years. Probably longer than you'll own the boat.
