Lights in the head

Has anyone had issues with the lights in the head on a 1998 3200 scr? My lights work sometimes. I'm wondering if there is a direct fuse to the lights or could there be a light switch problem??

Usually it’s the contacts in the switch becoming corroded.

As stated, pull the switches and look at the contacts. Also pull the lights and look at the crimp connectors. Sometimes, then need to be cut back, re-stripped and re-crimped. Finally, check your fuses.

If their blade fuses, sometimes they need to be replaced. I had to replace the fuse blocks and the fuses themselves. If it were fuses, it would be all the devices on that circuit. A temporary fix for fuses is to simply unseat and reseat them a few times to scrape the corrosion off of the contacts to make a better contact.
