leaky faucet

Hello, I have a 2000 3300scr and the bar sink faucet on deck is leaking badly. Does anyone know where i can get a cartridge for this? I am located in Ontario Canada.
or do i need to take the ice maker out to get to the connection to replace with a new faucet?

I looked and looked, made in Italy I believe. I had to find one from RONA, or maybe Home Depot that fit but the knob didnt fit over the threads so i drilled out the hole in the handle so that it fit over then and tightened it down with a screw so that it could turn off and on, put the cap back on and its still working.

Grainger has parts for this brand....but I'd buy a new faucet..
