Labor Day Weekend

I am tired of lying on the couch watching it rain.............

I know some of us are getting our three day weekend of boating rained out.

Here in central Illinois we might be able to see the sun on monday.

What have you planned for the weekend for this last summer holiday?

have some last little yobs to attend
monday morning at 09.00 i have to be at the hospital for a new knee joint
the old one is all gone
sounds bad but i'm happy they are going to cut the sucker out
it gave me a hell of a time for a couple of years
but
boating season will be over

I have had several friends who have it done and wished they would of done it sooner.

just last weekend the wind blew me side ways into a guys anchor an ripped the gel coat off in two places about 8' long.

this weekend with the nuts out, we took the little ones to Elmo's amusement park if Langhorne PA.

Tried Saturday on Lake Pend Oreille. Sun was out but winds ended up 35-40mph It made for a short day in our 20' Yesterday was similar but we had family dinner plans anyway. Today should be calm and we'll give it a go. I think next weekend will probably be the last one for the year.
