Is it time yet?

It's 75 degrees in Atlanta today and I'm thinking spring? Is it really too early to change the oil, impeller, filters and all that good stuff? Also, anyone know any good people in Atlanta who can pull the boat and give it a good buff and wax? I've been a little disappointed the last couple years.

here in the netherlands on some places rests of thin ice after a few weeks of very cold weather........anyhow let the spring and nice temps begin......
