Default instrument panel lighting?

Hi All,

I have a 1996 2400SCR and I do not appear to have backlighting behind the instruments at the helm. I'm not sure if this is a per-gauge type of lighting, or a light or lights that sits behind all the gauges? Any thoughts on how to get this working?

Thanks for your help!

Each gauge has its own light and is powered by the instrument light switch. Check for power on the blue/yellow wire.
