Ice Chest

I have a question. We have a 3200scr. My question is, the ice chest behind the captains chair, is it self draining? If not,how do you drain it?

That should be self-draining. There should be a drain in the bottom of you open it up. If it doesn't have a drain in the bottom then obviously it's not self-draining. The one in my '97 2800 SCR is self-draining. You likely have a blocked drain.
