I purchase them 2 years ago and one of the levelers on the arm broke off carring only a 9' 9" dinghy, I called to see if they would warranty it. they wanted to sell me the part .... I've had other issues with other brands but they stand behind their product the way this people should. Hurley Marine they charged me a lot of money for this brackets and they dont want to stand behind their bad quality parts....look for alternatives this are junk. I wish I would have known this company all they care was the money and not the quality of their products...
