How to remove the Captains seat.

Hi all:

I am trying to repair the mounting platform that the captains chair is attached to on my 2001 Maxum 2500 SCR. The platform base under the bolster seat has broken. All of the screw that attach the seat to the base are pretty much inaccessible. I can reach some but not all. The bolts that hold the slide rails are
loose, but just spin. No access underneath that I can locate to get a wrench on.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
