How to remove front panel in cabin

Hi everyone,
does anyone know how the front panel in the cabin of the 2100 SC3 or similar model, comes out?
E.g. is it clipped in or screws somewhere?

On my 1999 2800, there was a hatch to get into the anchor locker. The panel was screwed from the anchor locker, through the bulkhead and into the back of that upholstered panel.
