Default Help with parts

Hi,
I'm new to this club but have read your posts for a little while now. I thought maybe someone could help me find the part(s) I need for my 94 Maxum 2400 SCR.
A few months ago someone broke into the cabin of my boat and in doing so, destroyed the cabin hatch and lock. The hatch was a pie shaped (1/4 circle) piece that swung away from the cabin entrance within a track.
When I spoke to the parts department of my local dealership, they said the part was no longer in production. I know the later model 2400’s have the same cabin hatch design, but I think the “pie piece” is a different color. Even in an 03 the basic design is the same – I just wonder if the dimensions are the same? Right now I have nothing but a misshapened piece of wood for a cabin hatch and no lock - so even a hatch of a different color would be an improvement.
I hear Brunswick has cancelled the Maxum line of boats, so part hunting may be the way of the future.
Thanks,

http://www.maxumcustomercare.com/catalogs_index.html

Go to the above link, look your year up and model 2400scr go into the parts listing down to modules it has got the door part numbers, then have a look under a newer model and see if the part numbers are the same,
if not give the part number you require to customer services and see if they can help, good luck
