Default Growth!

So, a friend of mine (sad to say) did not take his boat out of the water for two straight years. This is what he got.....

that photo is really small...I can't make out what it is.....is this some sort of clams or barnacles???....that could be really expensive to get them all off and the boat back to some sort of normal..
