Happy Turkey Day Rog! Just fired up the smoker and put in the meat. This year I am smoking a Turkey Breast on the bottom rack and a small Pork Butt on the top rack (so all the fat drips down on the Turkey . I am doing all this with Pecan wood this year (used Cherry last year and Apple the year before).

Good Eats!!!

here in holland we heared that the shops in the US are opening their doors thursday evening because of the bad economic crisis, hoping to get more people in the shops to spend their money........the title of the article is cold 'black thursday night"

be strong......save some bucks for next boating season..........
