If I can figure a pic later I sure will.

It isn’t the bilge I’m sure of that.

That’s where my thoughts were going Don.
Leaking tank or ethanol got to the hoses and leaking into the bilge.
Bilge pump the would cycle periodically and spew gas& water out onto the cover.

I don’t have a photo server now for a pic. After you remove the wood facing you see the tank in line under the motor. There is the 2.5 or so inch diameter line to the fill port. The 3/4 to 1 inch line to the vent on the transom where gas escapes. Nothing else to see other the lines for motor and gauge.

As for bilge this boy had not seen water since last year and nothing comes out the side bilge port or gas vent when I intentionally turn on bilge.

Thanks guys.

I have to come back with my head down. Upon think it about I decided to level how I had the boat sitting in the driveway. I had nose up to have water run back. It is no level to facing down.

1.5 days not a drop comes out back vent. So now I will still put longer hose to allow a loop and also look to gauge accuracy.

Thanks everyone.

Glad to hear it was something simple!
Putting the loop in also sounds Like a solid approach.
