Default fuse panel location

Hi - I'm trying to find the fuse panel to check why my electric toilet is not working; before I start taking everything apart.
my boat is a model 2500SCR

The panel on the 2500SE (2004 year) is just below the helm.

Most fuse panels are below the helm behind a panel. At some point they went to breakers just below the helm switches.
