Default Fuel tank leaks -- potential for

What material did Maxum use for their fuel tanks?

My boat is rather old.... Don't smell any gas, but worried I could have a hidden leak in the tank.

The tanks are aluminum and are prone to leaks at this age. You will definitely smell fuel if it’s leaking and see it puddling in the bilge. Tank replacement requires surgery cutting the deck.
