Leak in the shower drain box which is under the refrigerator.

Technically 2 different systems. One brings water TOO the shower. The other removes water from the shower. Did you do BOTH?

IF you only poured propylene glycol down the shower drain, then it is in the shower drain system that is leaking.

If you also winterized your pressure water system, then it could be anywhere.

Incidentally, if you run propylene glycol through the shower, the process will automatically winterize the drainage system
