NOT just for the Pacific Northwest. It covers the entire US, including Hawaii, Carribean, and Bahamas.

In the top left-hand corner just below the word weather (just above the mini map) there is a dropdown. Select the region closest to you. You can then zoom in and out of the map and scroll around similar to Google Maps, Mapquest, etc. choose the buoy, lighthouse or weather station closest to you. Nice site!!! Thanks SP.
