Default Engine Room Lights

1999 Maxum 4100 SCA
Trying to get my 3 engine room lights near the generator to come on. The bulbs look fine, but I'm not 100% sure where the switch is. I found a "lights" switch in the same panel as the battery isolation switches are located. If this is in fact the correct switch, it is not working. Is there an in line fuse? Is this the wrong switch? I'm in the dark!

Look on breaker panel, should be a switch marked "lights"

Mine, 1999 4100 SCA, has a light switch near the battery rotary switches - it get's it's power from the breaker labeled Accessary (lowest/most left) on the DC breaker panel.
