Default Crownline

Did you guys see in the news that Crownline is done. The sale did not go thru and they are auctioning it off. Yikes!

I had not heard that. The few Crownlines that I have seen looked very nice.

Were they a stand alone company or part of a larger conglomerate?

I am not sure of the parent company, my interest is because one of good boating buddys has a 05. His boat is very nice with many nice features.

I read today that Crownline is opening up the plant again under new ownership. They will be hiring back 100+ employees. They hope to have boats available to take to the winter boat shows.

Good news for the industry.
