Default Covering sideboards

Does anyone know of a good fabric to cover side boards? Everything I see on amazon reviews like junk after short time in boat.

I have an opening bow, it's the side boards where the throttle lever is licated.

I would look for a marine grade vinyl. A local canvas shop may sell it to you else try looking online.
