Chair stuck

The drivers seat won't slide it's siezed the passenger is fine.
I've tried to move it and there doesn't seem to be anything stopping it but it won't slide.
Anyone got any ideas on shifting it or how to get it off?

Have you tried spraying it with a lubricant or PB Blaster?

I've tried WD40 and its not shifted it, so I've bought some penatrating spray and am gonna try that.
I can get it to move an inch if I leaver it apart with a screw driver but once it's about an inch apart it won't go anymore.
