Certificate
Hi Roger, my boat is in the UK so it is modified for 250 volt etc and has to conform to European standard. The certificate or Declaration lists all the standard it complies with. Boring but can’t sell thru legit broker without it. Happy boating

Was the boat sold initially in Europe? If not and it was modified not sure how a factory OEM CE would be accepted as they did not perform the electric conversion work.

Eu declaration
When I say modified I mean in the USA for the European market, it a fully detailed CE declaration so no doubt its kosher and broker is delighted so all good! It’s signed in Belgium, a type testing facility

I Googled this and sort of gathered that you were from somewhere else besides the U.S. and this letter that you want tells a buyer that your boat complies to your country's codes.
If Brunswick doesn't come through have a survey done...
