I have a Maxum 2300 SC 1996 Mercruiser 5.7 V8 Bravo 3 boat.

Were can I find a buoyancy flotation certificate for my boat?

Welcome aboard!

I would try Brunswick who was the parent company for Maxum. That certificate is not something required in the US for owners so can’t help beyond this suggestion.
