On the bell housing side the lube hose slips onto a barbed fitting and secured with a plastic clamp. It should be reparable without taking it all apart but tedious.

Not sure if you can see it on the picture but basically there was no clamp on it. I hate when previous owners/mechanics do something stupid like that. I don't think the clamp like this could fall on its own.
