Default Bowed Seat

2002 2700 SCR seat question: The flip-up seat (where the cooler goes) is bowed. There doesn't seem to be any support there. Does the cooler provide the support? I don't have the factory supplied one. Can someone give me the height needed to support this seat.

I hope that once I put some support there, it will bend back.

Thanks all.

My 2003 2700 has a separate steel support bar that fits into notches in the fiberglass to support the front edge of the bench seat. Sounds like you may be missing the bar.

I do not believe there was a standard cooler to fit there. I bought an aftermarket cooler (Igloo?) which fits, but there is an inch or two between the top of the cooler and the bottom of the seat.

Geez, I have the bar, but I thought it was just for when you set it up as a sun pad.

Thanks!!!

I think there is a separate bar for the sun pad. Can't remember, since I have never actually set it up.
