Bow cushion slide fastener

I have a 1997 SCR 3000. On the bow of my boat I have cushions. On the very front of the cushions are a slide type fastener to hold the front of the cushions down. The part that the cushions slide into on my boat is now old and crumbling. Does anybody know where to get another one of these fasteners? Or even know what they're called?

the slide is called a welt and I think the Maxum width is 10mm

On my 3300 the bow cushion mounts were very similar to the pieces that held the aft port seat to the gunwale. Both were very similar to awning track. I replaced the plastic aft seat mounts with this from sail rite:

...had to cut to size and drill mounting holes, but it won't dry out and fall apart again!
