Boiling water onboard

Does anyone boil water onboard? I'd like to, for processing crab that I can throw on the ice pre-cooked. But my magma won't heat water. I may go to a coleman single burner to do the job at the dock.

Anyone have a better solution? I've considered the stove top wallas in the galley but not sure I want to cook crab in the cabin on an 85f day.

OK you're the third person to recommend that exact stove. I guess I'll get one, lol. Do you use it only at the dock or do you have a safe way of using it on the boat?

On the swim platform if chance of any wave action on the hook. I've used on the cockpit table when really calm.
