Default Boat show season

Ok all you iced in boaters where is your favorite boat show? Being right in the middle of a couple of big cities here in central illinois we have our options. One is.......

The Chicago Boat Show starts this wednesday. This is an all day event for the admiral and I if we go. About a 2 and 1/2 hour drive just to get there and the show has been lackluster for the past couple of years. I'm at the point I go to see the new stuff, the latest greatest boating gadget. I love Chicago it is a great city.McCormick's Place is gigantic where the boat show is.There are two floors, one for boats and one for RV's.

On the other is to head south to St. Louis and to their boat show which is at the America's center and Edward Jones Dome. It's where they play pro football. This show is in February. If you like lots of vendors from gadgets to places to go to this is the show to go to.A 2 hour drive for us and little bit easier getting in and out of the city.

So where do you go for your winter boat show fun? Let us know........

Roger

your get hooked on the wood grain , and LED cup holders, and the old maxim not good enough.....

too seductive.....

Seattle Boat Show !

I usually go every year ..... They have an indoor show as well as a boats-afloat outdoor gig.

The overwhelming smell of fiberglass ..... gets my juices flowing every time !!!
