Default Black rubber pads

I have a 01 3000 and have a lewmar windless. The black rubber pads that you step on to make the windless work are looking bad.

My question is.....to replace these pads is all you do is take the screws out and the pads come off? Then replace with new pads.

Or is there more to it....

Thanks

Roger

What i did...Made sure the breaker is off. 1st, take pics from inside and label the wires, they need to be unmounted from the switch. Unscrew covers. Pull switch out. Clean off residual caulk. Recaulk.Replace switch and covers. I used butyl caulk. Cleand the contacts while at it. Reattach wires.
