Default Annoying Beep!

Hi, I have a 1998 1900sr 4.3. The engine is running fine but has an annoying beep that sounds every so offen. There is no obvious reason for it as it happens at different speeds, different times and when turning or going straight. I know you have an alarm for Temp and oil and leg oil levels. The temp gauge is reading normal and so is the oil pressure. The oil and gear oil levels are also fine.
Do the sensors go bad and would it be going off due to a bad connection or sensor?
I have changed the oil pressure sensor recently, but not sure where the temp sensor is!!

Any ideas?

Thanks

you have a plastic bottle that should have the outdrive oil in it..underneath that bottle is the sensor....sometimes they go out for some reason only the water gods know.....either replace that or check the connections.....or both..
