Default Air Conditioning Issue

Anyone ever have this problem with their Air Conditioner? When I turn the breaker on without tuning on the A/C power, I get the following (see video).

Curious, what happens when you hit the power button on the panel?

Is there a chance a previous owner attempted to run the AC through a large inverter? Try turning OFF the battery switches and see what happens. If you have an inverter, turn off the inverter and see what happens.

I replaced the control panel and it seems to work normally, but i get a very small trickle of water discharging. I would normally have a steady stream of discharge. The air from the vent was cool as it it was working!

I just realized that when you said "A/C" you meant Air Conditioner, not Alternating Current.

Check your strainer for debris if you have one. I tend to suck up seaweed and jellyfish every so often. If that is clean, I would grab a hose and reverse flush it. Just grab a garden hose and spray fitting, and stick it in the water discharge thru hull and let er rip. Push on it a bit, but you still may get a little wet. Might be something stuck in your water intake, this will push it out. AC is off for this process btw.
