welcome to the zoo...the 2400 is a nice pocket cruiser...
first off...the speedo gauge is set to mph/kph....they don't make a knots per hr speedo...the actual difference is 1.5 mph per knot....so..1.5mph per not....
the anchor can be different due to the type of bottom your anchoring in..so..the most usual type is about 25ft of chain..and a danforth type anchor...or another popular type is a plow type...there are several manufacturers..
putting an anchor windlass is fairy involved...most people use a lewmar...not sure which ones are avail. in your neck of the woods...
I've seen 2400's with lewmars before....so..it can be done!..I think they installed the lewmar 700.....
