4600 hinge part number?

I have 12 chrome plated brass hinges that are starting to corrode. One is broke, so Id like to replace with original hinges if possible. Really struggling finding anything to fit. They're 3"x 2"

I found a stainless hinge that replaced the original. Seadog 201080-1 screw holes were spot on but the distance from plate to plate screwhole was off 70 thousands, which was close enough.
