Default 4600 Climate control

Hi There,
Got a real head scracher here, the both pumps of the climate control (at the exact same time) do not want to start up. Wondering if there could be a relay somewhere that I cannot see. Just seems a bit weird that the front and main systems are not pumping water through.

Cheers Todd..(Ocean Challenge)

There should be only one pump for both units. I assume that you've made sure that the breaker for the pump AND the breakers for both units are all (3 breakers) on??

Yes, there is a relay so either unit can call for the pump to run.

Check to make sure you're getting 120VAC at the inbound and outbound side of the breakers.

Check to make sure that you're getting 120VAC at the pump.

Are the units themselves cycling on? Is this just the pump?

Yip pretty much covered all that but will have another look. The units are on and air is blowing thro'. It's just the pump that will not fire into life as there is no water from the exit holes and no heat increase on the display consul.

Is the pump working? Can you feel it moving? If it feels like it's turning on then maybe a clogged strainer? A friend of mine had this issue. The pump was turning on and the strainer was clear but no water was exiting the boat. We took a hose and pushed water backwards through the exit through hull fitting for a few minutes. Started it back up and water was flowing nice. If you have power to the pump but it's not turning on then there's your problem.

Pump is not turning on, it's as if it's not being told to start.

Check all fuses both panel and unit itself. Start tracing wires from the source. Wish I could help more.
