Does anyone now the make/model of the wiper motor/arms/blades for a 3200 scr? And where they can be sourced from?

Maxum has outsourced this and if you Google windshield wipers you will come up with what you have on your boat. There are many different styles so match up what you have on your boat.

The blade is generic. Any automotive blade of the correct length will work. I prefer to use winter blades with a full rubber sheath. It does a better job of pushing volumes of water off the windshield in rough seas.

The arm, I can't help you with.

The motor is basic. Pull it and take it to a marina. Any motor with matching bolt holes should work.
