On my 2400 SCR it is the table!
Don't know about the 2700 but every boat I have been on it was the table!
Unless it had a seperate dinning area!
Don

I took out the bed and put the table on, now I don't know where to store the boards and the bed cushions, sorry I wasn't clear. My wife seems to feel the go under the seats around the table, but it doesn't seem to work.

Johnnyr
Please fill out your signature so others know the boat info!
As I dont know the year of your 2700 scr I have cked the info I have on 1995 models and the table is used to make the dinette into a berth!
I don't understand what boards you are talking about!
The cushions I store in the Cave (mid cabin) when not in use!
The table should drop onto the seat base after you remove the post and the filler cushion should fill that area!
As the forward berth is higher than the dinette seat there is know way you can make that larger by joining the two!
Don't know if that helps but hope it clears things up for you!
If not send me a PM with your email and I will try to send you a copy of the picture I have of a 1995 2700 scr interior!
Don

On models like what Don and I have the table is the filler support and there is a special cushion that does not have a storage area. On other models I have seen filler boards as you mention that store under the seats in some cases and the filler cushions become the seat backs of the dinette.

We keep thinking they go under the seats in the dinette, but we can't make it work where the seats are flat. Looks like they will go underneath in after bedroom or in my car when we plan to sleep in there. Thank you so much for your time, John

Default I have the same boat

you'll find two hooks on the wall in your aft cabin. the filler boards slide in there standing upright and then are strapped/bungeed to keep in place between those two wall hooks. Thats how i bought my 2700 and how i do it. keeps them upright and out of the way. Have fun on the 2700, great cruiser boat!

Angelbug, mine are stored under the seat on the starboard side. I'm guessing port side would work just as well. I have a 2003 2700.

To clarify, under the seat which is also the bed when setup..not sure that makes sense either, but let me know if it doesn't.

And like Mike said, I don't think there is a storage area for the cushion. I keep the cushion off the boat and the boards under the seat.
