Default 2500 se

In Jan 2005 I purchased a 2004 2500 se new from the dealer(leftover stock)
I have had to get towed twice last summer due to faulty ignition system.(intermitent spark) I think it is due to water running through or around the engin hatch on to the disributor. The boat is on blocks in my driveway and will not start. When I had it hauled and blocked in my drive it was fine when I went to winterize the next day it would not start.I really do not think I should have to pay to have it towed by land to the dealer I purchased it from and cannot launch since it does not run.
Does anyone have a contact number so I can deal with Maxum directly (since this problem has been looked at twice by the dealer without fixing the problem)
I am totally rethinking my purchase of a maxum since in my first season with the boat I have had the gimble bearing freeze and cronic problems with the ignition system
