We have recently discarded the fridge and am looking for a new one.

Can anyone suggest where and what to get?

Well at least you are not in OZ as there's run backwards

Frankly I have never use the one on my 2400 as I am mainly a day tripper.

Size wise you probably do not have many options, I would look for one that meets the UK power grid for being on shore power.
