Default 2300SC cuddy interior panel removal

Hello again!
I have a couple questions for you folks. I am trying to remove a panel in the bow of the boat so I can get to the horn and also the anchor compartment bulkhead. I have found 2 screws in the speaker cutouts and removed them, but still can't get the panel off. Also there are some trim panels on both sides that I would like to remove also. Those panels I'm afraid are attached from the outside from the rub rail. I have attached pics of the main panel I'm trying to remove and the side panels. Any help would be Greatly appreciated!

Darren

In my 2800, the side trim panels were screwed from the outside, through deck/hull seam into the back of the panels. The upholstered bulkhead in the v birth was screwed from inside of the anchor locker, through the bulkhead and into the back of the upholstered panel.
