Can anyone let me know what top speed I should be getting she is a 2001 model with the mag 350 5-7 ltr bravo 3 . Currently only getting 28mph which seems slow

I would think you should be able to achieve high 40’s easily. What is the WOT you are getting? What are the conditions; wave height, number of passengers, other gear?

Wide Open Throttle, WOT is the maximum throttle position. Only run here for a few minutes and note the max rpm and mph. Should get 4400-4800 rpm.

Boat speedo are know to not work well if the pick up is got debris in it. Download a gps app on your phone and test with it.
