Looking to buy a 41 sca aft cabin . what's a fair price to pay Everything thing seam to be way over book value?

Probably about $90-100k in great shape. My 2000 4600SCB is for sale and I'm expecting about $120-$125K

Can a boat this size be transported across land. I found one in new York I live in Pennsylvania.

It would probably be cheaper to to just relocate it on its hull. They typically need to take the flybridge off to get under bridges. With an Aft cabin that will be costly.

I'd make the run from Sandy Hook to Cape May, then run the Delaware

The boat can be transported but not without permits. You could get an estimate from a shipping outfit. Expect the cost to be in the thousands.
