1996 3200 scr shower sump pump

does anyone know where the switch is for the shower sump pump is? I replaced the pump and tested for power and that is fine just don't know how to turn it on... thank you

pump has a float that automatically kicks the pump on when the water fills the box. Just turn on water in shower ordump a gallon of water in the shower floor and you should hear the pump kick on. Make sure you clean the screen to be sure the lines are clear.

Thank you so much. I just put a new pump in and couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Technically, it depends on the year and model. My 1997 2800 SCR had a lit switch (red) in the head similar to the pressure water pump switch in the galley. My shower was directly connected to the pump with no sump box or float switch. It worked more like a manual bilge pump. flip the switch and the pump starts running.

I also have a 1996 3200scr and I have changed mine out also. BTW if you have a/c you can put the hose into pump box for condensation discharge.
