1996 2300 SC, first boat.

Yesterday I picked up my first boat. The prop is damaged and needs replacing. What is the factory prop for a 1996 2300 SC?

Also the engine came with the carburetor cover lined with aluminum foil. Any reason for someone to do this?

Remove the foil. Engine hatch may have a sound deading material with foil on it.
