1800 SR3 Canadian vs US Models

Does anyone know what the deal is with Canadian vs US models of the 1800 SR3, 2006/2007 timeframe? Bought a US 06 1800 SR3 which has the stainless retractable deck cleats, two tone vinyl interior and some other features which I thought were standard on these boats. That said, I have seen a few Canadian boats for sale without these features. Did Maxum dumb down the Canadian model to make it more affordable or is something else going on?

All of these boats came with options. I am not aware of US vs Export models, particularly not to Canada.
