Does the motor have a breaker on it? I would test to see if the motor is getting power when activated.

I suspect he means electric flush. I'm not clear. The 'noise' IS the pump. How is the pump working fine and the electric flush not working at the same time?

A voltmeter tested on the switch and the pump (while activating switch) would verify if you're getting power to each.

Thank you all, I will try to be clearer. It seems I have an electric flush toilet. It was working one minute and stopped 20 minutes later after I poured holding tank sanitizer and a gallon of water in the toilet. I pushed the button and nothing happened … no sound or water coming in the bowl.

As shrew said you need to see if you are getting power at the switch. No power check fuse. If there is power verify it’s getting to the motor. Power at the motor check it for a breaker or jam.

Thanks all fixed it.
My blown fuse was behind the storage pocket under the shifters. Replaced burned up motor and replaced fused, now all is well.
