Default Replacing the Props

Hello Again from Arizona,
I have a 3200SCR with Bravo 2 outdrives. I hit some rocks on monday and bent, the props on the starboard motor. I have extras but was curious if i needed to pull the boat out of the water to remove and reinstall the props. I plan on hopping in and just doing it under water. Is this possible? Any pointers? Also, what size of socket will i need to get this off?

Thanks in Advance Gents,

DL

I Did this project yesterday. No issues replacing this in the water. However, my port outdrive is stuck in the full up position. From reading it looks like there is a position sensor somewhere that will shut off the pump when the actuator reaches its limit. I can't find this sensor, does anyone have any tips where to look or any ideas on some diagnostics to run? I checked voltage at the switch and checked the switch for continuity, also checked for voltage at the pump itself and it looks fine as well.

well...it should go down with the drive switches on the throttle quadrant....if not...on the pump there is 2 relays...one for up..one for down....short the one for down with a jumper wire...that should bring it down..then replace the relay...

Ill give it a shot tomorrow. Thanks for the info. BTW the voltage at the switches was only 4 volts... does that seem odd?
