Thumbs down Replacing a/c in salon 37 Maxum

I need to replace the a/c that is situated under the the seat of salon. The only way is to remove the top section of the seat. Has anyone removed the seat to install the new a/c unit. I noted a post awhile back but no help was listed. Any help please.

Sorry about that....Dave. I'm guessing, I have a 3000, not a 3700, but whatever it takes to get the job done. I would try a yacht dealer in that size of boats and pick their brain. Makes you wonder how it got there in the first place! Get the saw saw blades ready!

Have you tried sliding the seats straight up?

I just spoke to the guy at Marina who stated that two screws might be holding the back of seat in. The screw might be at the back side bottom of seat material. Remove screws and then pull up. Will check this weekend and update.
